Zamapho is an independent estate agency, which is also a member of the panel of executive managing agents set up in accordance with the Community Schemes Ombud Services Act (No. 9 of 2011). In this role, Zamapho acts as body corporate trustees, performing the management functions of the scheme, liaising with all stakeholders and is responsible for the administration, maintenance, the HR, and financial management components of the Body Corporates' functioning.

In 2021, Zamapho developed knowledge and skills in the area of body corporate management and now works closely with body corporates, offering smooth control, management, maintenance, and administration of properties in Gauteng and the Eastern Cape provinces. Our service bouquet in this area combines tasks such as building maintenance and repairs, enforcing rules, responding to owner concerns, mediating disputes, collecting levies and arrears, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, issuing notices, orders and certificates, budgeting, financial reporting, and contract management.
